1 Introduction & Acceptance

lg99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lg99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Suspension & Termination

lg99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where lg99 reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance (including bonus funds and pending withdrawals) may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — for example, at the player's own request — verified real-money balances will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method following completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lg99 holds its operating licence.
